The aromatic qualities of Moscato are expressed through the nuances of Strevi DOC, a passito wine whose production area is within the boundaries of the municipality of Strevi, in the province of Alessandria.

This wine is unique because the Moscato Bianco grapes must naturally dry in the open air, either on drying racks or in suitable rooms. The Strevi wine must then undergo aging and refinement for at least 24 months. Additionally, in the designation of Strevi DOC wines, the term “Vigna” (vineyard) may be mentioned, always followed by the relevant toponym.
